Aren't Satisfied?

For prints, we have a 14-day return policy if you've changed your mind about the size, print type, or simply aren't satisfied. This means you have 14 days after receiving your print to request a return. The refund will be processed after we receive the print. 

To be eligible for a return, the print must be in the same condition that you received it, clean, not wrinkled or bent, and in its original packaging. We cannot process a refund if the product is damaged or defective (see "Damage and Manufacturing Issues"). 

To start a return, you can use the Contact Us section of our website. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Peachtree City, Georgia.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Prints sent to us without first requesting a return will not be eligible for a refund.

 Damage and Manufacturing Issues

If your print arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the return should be handled through Printify. Printify offers a 30-day return policy upon photo evidence.

To be eligible for a return, you must have photo evidence of product damage or the manufacturing defect. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Print sent to Printify without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer returns or refunds for original artwork or products under the Supplies sections


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the print you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new print.


Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
