How do I know how much my mural will cost?

We will be glad to give you a free estimate prior to diving into the design process. This will be a ballpark figure of what you can expect. Final pricing depends on the size and complexity of the design you choose. We often can design according to a specific budget to ensure we find the best option for you. If you already have a design, we can provide an estimate right away. 

How does payment work?

We collect a non-refundable $500 design deposit up front. This amount is applied to your final balance. 50% of your mural cost is collected before we start painting and the remaining balance is due the day work is complete.

How do I pay? 

We accept cash, check, Zelle, PayPal (krystalmichelleart@outlook.com), or pay conveniently online > just go to shop> select mural deposit or your custom order

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry workers compensation and liability insurance for all of our jobs. 

Can you paint anything?

We are comfortable painting in many different artistic styles. However, we cannot paint anything owned by another artist without their permission. In addition, our repertoire does not include themes with sexual imagery, religious or spiritual content, political subjects, holiday, pride, or violent subject matter.

We get a lot of questions about how the process goes. Don't worry, it's not as scary as it may seem!

Typically, we respond to requests within 24 hours. First, we just need to know what you have in mind. It's alright if you need some help getting started. Most people need a little design help. That's what we are here for! 

Information we are usually looking for:

  • What would you like painted?
  • Where are you thinking of painting it?
  • What type of surface is it?
  • How big is it?
  • Do you have a deadline or a budget you must stick to?
  • Tell us about your style...anything that moves you.
  • Anything else that you think would help us in our process.

You can even send a video of your painting surface and send any images that gave you inspiration. 
The more information the better!!

Many of our clients have found it easier to chat over the phone or meet on zoom. If you prefer that, let us know what times are best for you. We'd be glad to schedule a time to meet. 

Once, we receive this information, we will get back with you with possibly more questions and the next steps in the process. 

Typically, it looks something like this:

  1. We will send a sample contract for your review, to understand our terms and find more information about payment. No need to sign anything yet. 
  2. We collect a $500 non-refundable design deposit that will be applied to your final balance if you choose to move forward. 
  3. Our artist will respond with digital design sketches. She will review these with you and make any adjustments necessary. 
  4. Once you decide on a design, you can schedule a date on the calendar!
  5. Sign the contract and get excited!!!

This process can take anywhere from a couple of days to many months for larger projects. If minimal design work is needed or if you already have a plan prepared, we can actually schedule right away.
